Welcome to Northern Virginia Dental Hygienists’ Component (NVDHC) of the Virginia Dental Hygienists’ Association (VDHA).
We are proud to represent dental hygienists across seven counties. Our members include clinicians, educators, leaders, advocates, and students who share a common commitment to advancing oral health and elevating the dental hygiene profession.
Whether you are a long-standing member, a student beginning your professional journey, or someone exploring opportunities to connect and grow within our profession, we are excited to welcome you.
NVDHC is built on the belief that our profession is strongest when we support one another. Through continuing education, legislative advocacy, leadership development, volunteer opportunities, and community outreach, we strive to empower dental hygienists to make meaningful impacts both within our profession and throughout the communities we serve.
As a volunteer-driven organization, our success is made possible by members who step forward to share their time, talents, and ideas. There are many ways to become involved, and every contribution helps shape the future of dental hygiene in Virginia.
