Educational Grants

To be considered for funding, proposed projects must demonstrate how they will accomplish one or more of the following: 

• Improve access to mentoring programs for dental educators and dental hygiene students in Virginia dental hygiene programs 

• Improve awareness that oral health is an integral component of total wellness

• Increase public awareness of the cost benefits of prevention

Speaker Sponsorship

The VDHA Foundation administers the Speaker Sponsorship Awards Program through the assets created by the Alice Hinchcliffe Williams Continuing Education Fund. This annual, competitive award program provides an opportunity for each VDHA component to apply for up to $500 to fund a continuing education program in their area.
