Tracey is a GBT-certified clinical dental hygienist who practices part-time in a progressive solo prosthodontic and general dental practice in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is also the Founder and CEO of WorkSmartRDH, a consulting and temporary dental hygiene service supporting practices across the Coastal Virginia region.

A committed leader and advocate, Tracey served as President of the Virginia Dental Hygienists’ Association (VDHA) from 2020 to 2022. She currently serves as Co-Chair of VDHA’s Advocacy and Legislative Committee and has represented Virginia as an ADHA Delegate or Alternate Delegate every year since 2018. Tracey continues to be a driving force in advancing dental hygiene practice and policy through both clinical excellence and professional service.
